A quieter migraine tracker for iPhone
Record the migraine.
Get off your phone.
A simple migraine diary for the moment you don’t want to fill in a form.
One tap records when it started. Details are optional and can wait.

Capture first
The first step should stay small.
When a migraine starts, the goal is not to complete a diary. Tap once, save the moment, and put the phone down.
Later, if you feel up to it, add severity, impact, medication or a note. Or skip them. What you save still becomes a simple migraine diary: your migraine and headache days, the medication you took, and a history you can take to your next appointment.
A timestamp-only record is still a record.
The whole flow
Open. Tap. Saved. Leave.
Details can wait until you feel up to them.

What it keeps for you
A migraine diary, without the homework.
Migraine and headache days
Every migraine or headache you save is counted by day. History shows how many days had a migraine recorded, how many were headache days, and how many had medication.
A medication log
Tap Took medication during a migraine, or log a dose on any other day. The time is saved now. The name can wait.
Your migraine history
Every entry, month by month, with the details you added and a clear note of what wasn’t recorded. Missed one? Add an earlier migraine afterwards.
A summary for your appointment
Share the last 30 days as text or a PDF before you see your doctor or neurologist. It says how the numbers were counted and what’s missing.
A simple history
Keep something better than a reconstruction from memory.
See the history you recorded, review medication entries, and share a simple summary for an appointment with your doctor or neurologist.
Privacy by default
Your health history
should stay private.
The app stores your records locally on your device first, and syncs privately through your own iCloud account if you are signed in. There is no account with us, no backend health-data storage, ad SDK, or product analytics. The one outside service is RevenueCat, which handles in-app purchases and never receives your records.

Before you download
- Is it free?
- Recording migraines, History, the medication log, the Home Screen widget and the last-30-days summary are free. Longer summary periods come with Lifetime, an optional one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Records are saved on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account.
- What if I forget to log a migraine?
- Add an earlier migraine afterwards, with the day and time you remember. A day with no entry is treated as not recorded, not as migraine-free.
- Does it track triggers or predict migraines?
- No. It records what happened and counts it. It doesn’t analyse triggers, forecast migraines or give medical advice. More about what it does and doesn’t do.
- Can I use it in dark mode?
- Yes. It follows your iPhone’s appearance, or you can choose light or dark in the app’s settings.
